How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and you may want to return or exchange a product. At Eye Candy, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange it for another product. The returned product should be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags intact.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by either using the chat feature or contacting us at eyecandymo@gmail.com. The team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return label. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and initiate the refund or exchange process.
